Position Summary
The Training Sales Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth for Talent Reform’s HRD Corp claimable public courses. This role focuses fully on sales, lead generation, marketing outreach, and closing deals.
The consultant must understand client needs and recommend suitable learning journeys that support long-term company upskilling.
Requirements & Qualification
Academic & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2–3 years working experience, preferably in corporate sales, business development, or training provider sales.
- Proven track record in meeting KPIs, handling clients, and achieving sales targets.
- Preferably possess own transport for potential client visits or meetings.
Sales Requirements (Full Scale Cycle)
- Strong ability to perform end-to-end sales:
- Lead generation (cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, networking)
- Prospecting & qualifying HR and corporate clients
- Presenting & pitching Talent Reform public courses
- Handling objections and explaining HRD Corp claimability
- Closing sales and securing participant enrollment
- Able to understand client needs and recommend suitable learning journeys across multiple courses.
- Skilled in building long-term relationships with HR teams, L&D managers, and corporate clients.
- Strong follow-up discipline to push leads to confirmation and ensure continuous pipelines.
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Communication & Interpersonal
- Strong command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin advantage).
- Able to communicate confidently with HR, managers, and business owners.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Professional, friendly, and persuasive communication style
